DETAIL FOR PURCHASE WARRANTYYour Pure Snow Machine is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty protects against manufacturer defects or mechanical malfunctions during normal use of the machine.
Pure Snow Machine Unlimited Lease Warranty
Your Pure Snow Machine is covered by an unlimited warranty starting the day after the 7-day free trial period. This warranty offers comprehensive protection against manufacturer defects or mechanical malfunctions that occur during normal use of the machine.
If your Pure Snow Machine experiences any failure under normal operating conditions, we will promptly replace it with a new or refurbished unit, based on availability. The lease unlimited warranty also covers consumable parts like blades or components subject to wear and tear, ensuring your peace of mind.

Please ensure the defective Pure Snow Machine is returned in its original packaging, if possible, or adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
Returns without prior RMA approval or outside the warranty period will not be accepted.
